Pay : $85k-$95k per year with a 2% commission
Hours : Monday-Friday
Employment Type : Temp-to-hire
While working as a Business Development Manager, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities including but not limited to developing strategic relationships with partners or potential customers and assisting in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
The candidate will also manage the social media accounts, through posting regular updates on various sites to engage with current and prospective customers and assist in the development of the deal, in partnership with the Area VP of Sales and Operations.
Essential Duties :
- Manage RFP sites and programs, generate leads, cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and research and analyze current and future business opportunities.
- Coordinate the follow-up on new leads and referrals, establish and maintain ongoing client and prospective relationships, travel to client visits regularly, and maintain and grow existing relationships.
- Identify and develop key partner strategies, collaborate with project leads, prepare, and maintain activity reports, work with CRM to develop touchpoints, and data entry of all call and client visits.
- Develop and administer marketing database, maintain professional and technical knowledge, ensure practices are carried out in a professional manner, support sales division, translate business development, assist in strategic plans for client demonstrations, work with regional offices, and develop and deliver insightful strategies.
- Work with Marketing, Operations, and Executive level members to create and implement brand awareness, be responsible for market research, manage daily marketing activities and events, and support and facilitate marketing plans, research generate, edit, publish, and share daily content.
- Continuously improve social data / metrics, plan and execute digital campaigns, and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements :
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and computer skills that include all Office 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Salesforce and Zoom info, Social Media marketing experience required, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
