Tandym Group has several immediate opportunities for Epic A / R Billing and Collections Specialists with a client in Ohio.
These contracts will be 100% remote. These resources will be focused on A / R, billing, collections, follow-up, appeals, and denials specifically with billing independent labs.
Must Have Experience :
5 years of revenue cycle operations experience focused in :
A / R
- Follow up & Collections
- Denial Follow-up
- Appeals (create and follow up)
- Billing
- Experience with Epic PB / HB software
- Need experience working claims in Epic system
- Collections Experience in an outpatient environment
- Experience with Billing / Collections Activity specific to Independent Labs.
- Able to determine which CPT codes are payable
- How to deal with repeat lab tests
- What modifiers are needed if necessary
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive and Metrics Driven approach to efficiently working collections
- Understanding of most effective ways to handle work-queues
- Proven experience clearing 40-60 accounts per day
