Primary Function
The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting and assisting the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Director of Marketing on various marketing endeavors and provide support to our Joint Ventures.
Candidate must be self-motivated, work independently in fast paced environment, and have effective problem-solving skills while providing high level customer service to our end users and key stakeholders.
Principal Duties
- Aligns with key stakeholders to obtain and filter marketing ideas into a cohesive strategic marketing plan on a quarterly basis.
- Follows policies and procedures; ensuring all marketing material adheres to compliance guidelines.
- Partners with manager on new creatives and strategic thinking to develop ideas for innovative marketing campaigns.
- Works closely with other departments to ensure all Joint Ventures remain compliant across various marketing platforms.
- Assists and helps implement marketing specific training to drive user adoption or end user knowledge.
- Supports the B2B and B2C content library; includes but not limited to uploading marketing assets, maintaining a structured folder and tag structure, updating time sensitive assets, and working with multiple departments to ensure branding and compliance requirements are met.
- Assists with managing and maintaining JV ticketing portal ticket assignment and provides quarterly reporting of platform.
- Responsible for assisting and executing all marketing efforts for Joint Venture launches.
- Performs other duties and projects assigned by Manager.

- Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills
- Will need to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem solving skills
- Computer skills Word, Excel, Power-point.
- CRM experience is a bonus
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field desired but not required.
- Experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
