Hours : 8am - 5pm
Position Highlights :
- Bilingual in Spanish is required. Speak, read
- Strong leadership and communication skills with all level's employees (sales team to CEO level).
- Build out the team and programs. Create and implement disciplinary, compliance, employee engagement rewards recognition.
- Training and development with succession planning.
- Assist with restructuring HR. Ex : Update current employee handbook, policies and procedures, time and attendance, SOP, LOA's, grievances, standardize LOA's, implement a procedure for clocking in and out

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
