We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of garden-style multifamily apartment projects in Miami.
This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction management from start to finish.

Description
- Manage day-to-day construction activities for garden-style multifamily projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are adhered to on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the build.
- Monitor construction schedules and adjust as necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are being met.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction, preferably with garden-style apartments.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently on-site.
