In this position
As the XVL Product Marketing Manager, your role is to lead a cross-functional effort to synthesize customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis and integrate the voice of the customer from around the world to provide concise, actionable, and data-driven technology strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance the Ford ownership experience.
This role is hybrid out of Dearborn, MI.
You will have
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience providing business cases based on data for a product

- Ability to simplify complex issues, develop a compelling business case, and persuasively advocate for change leading to action.

- Ability to think in white space and be innovative regarding strategic and tactical marketing and overall business opportunities.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through influencing and collaboration across the organization.
- Proficient in data analysis with the ability to distill data into a compelling and actionable plan.
- Understanding of the . product, consumer, and dealer marketplace.
- Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills required for senior management interaction.
- Overall business acumen and ability to develop innovative strategic and tactical actions.
