- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in communications / marketing or related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare marketing / communications highly preferred
- Possess business knowledge, customer service skills, and be able to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
- Proficiency with desktop publishing & design software tools (preferably Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and web publishing tools highly preferred
- Ability to write, design, layout and coordinate the production of marketing-related collateral materials (including brochures, flyers, newsletters, etc.

- Ability to design, write, layout and publish HRHS service information and content on HRHS websites, mircosites, landing pages and other digital assets required
- Ability to write, organize and deploy information on social media sites including Facebook and Twitter required
- Experience with video editing software (Avid, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut) preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation required
- Required problem solving skills include the ability to actively listen, use logic to identify strengths, weaknesses and solutions
- Skilled in creation of public relations materials, publications / press releases, internal / external organization newsletters, web content and collateral materials
- Demonstrated knowledge of photography required
- Ability to organize work and handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
