Job Description

Daxko is seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a knack for creative content, and the ability to drive engagement across various platforms.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Daxkos social media presence, collaborating on content strategies, and fostering community engagement.

You will also :

  • Develop, implement, and manage Daxkos social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Create engaging content including text posts, images, videos, and infographics that align with the companys brand voice and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Monitor and report on Online Reputation data for the Customer Marketing team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster positive relationships with followers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and overall social media performance.
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, SproutSocial)
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Excellent English communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Preferred (not required) Skills / Abilities / Experience :

  • Experience in the technology or software industry.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels and strategies.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising.
  • Masters degree In communications
  • Relevent experience in health and fitness industry
