What You'll Do
- Establish and drive innovative vision, strategic planning, and delivery for all Oracle Fusion capabilities globally.
- Develop the business aligned application strategy via collaboration with Senior IT Leadership and other senior business stakeholders.
- Lead the execution of end-to-end implementations, from system design through integration stage and support & maintenance.
- Oversee staff of professionals within development, support, project management, and communications.
- Manage overall Oracle Cloud Fusion ecosystem and lead the SDLC process.
- Serve as key Oracle cloud technology leader, influencing solution architecture.
- Oversee data quality, system integration, and solution personalization efforts.
- Identify strategic improvement opportunities and align them to business imperatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise and champion the adoption of new features within Oracle Cloud.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and develop contingency plans.
- Manage integrations to and from the Oracle Cloud technology ecosystem.
- Partner with peers within the global IT organization to manage boundary systems.
- Offer strategies around utilization of AI technologies.
- Coach, mentor, and guide employees through their career development.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Oracle Cloud Applications.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- BS / BA degree or equivalent experience.
- 7-10+ years of experience with implementing, managing, and enhancing Oracle cloud applications.
- 3-5+ years at director level or above with a proven track record of building and leading successful global technology teams.
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale end-to-end platform cloud solutions.
What You'll Bring
- 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion cloud platforms.
- Advanced technical knowledge of core Oracle Cloud platform configurations.

Pay Rate : 149,000.00 - 189,900.00 Annually. Starting pay will depend on geographic location and candidate experience.
