Description
- Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and fulfill orders in freezer environments.
- Material Handling : Lift, store, and move frozen goods using pallet jacks and Hi-Lo equipment.
- Loading and Unloading : Load and unload trucks, ensuring product integrity and safety.
- Equipment Proficiency : Operate pallet jacks (manual and electric) and Hi-Lo equipment safely.
- Personal Gear : Provide your own freezer gear initially, including coveralls, jacket, beanie, and gloves; company gear may be provided after probation.
Requirements
- Physical Strength and Stamina : Lift up to 60 lbs regularly with full mobility during shifts.
- Adaptability to Cold : Willingness and ability to work consistently in freezer temperatures.
- Self-Starter : Experience proactively addressing tasks without direction (as required), maintaining safety and operational standards, and contributing to the team's success through self-guided actions.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience, with a preference for freezer environments.
- Hi-Lo Certification is preferred.

Schedule
- This position is full-time : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
- Overtime and weekends as needed.
