com / Our Client Advisors ... Are responsible for identifying, soliciting, and closing new business for the company. Generate an ongoing list of prospects.

Utilize cold calls, prospecting emails, mail, professional associations, and networking to contact prospective clients. Can identify opportunities to bring all of World's solutions to our clients - beyond employee benefits (and enjoy the financial rewards of doing so).

Identify exposures, make recommendations, and create custom programs to eliminate gaps in coverage. Identify opportunities to round out accounts for existing clients.

Maintain client relationships and retention of accounts through agency’s renewal workflows. Our Client Advisors bring . .

Bring 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier. Are personable and highly motivated to grow personal success with the ability to leverage excellent listening skills with strong customer focus.

Are consultative and bring a positive and resourceful approach to dealing with prospective clients and associates. Experienced using Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and HubSpot.

Work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members. Contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior, and effort to achieve goals and objectives.

Consistently demonstrate that they are self-motivated, driven and maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.

Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen, strong attention to detail and problem solves with minimal assistance.

Demonstrates excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills. Use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
