Job Summary
The Work Study Student will support the Student Accessibility Resource Center as an Office Assistant on the Statesboro Campus beginning Fall 2024.
Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-consecutive month period.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support
- Assist the reception area by answering calls and emails, checking voicemail, and greeting visitors
- Complete general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning documents, and data entry
- Check office spreadsheets
- Assist students in scheduling exams, welcome visits, or other SARC services
- Prepare student tests to be proctored by SARC
- Assist the SARC test proctoring center
- Send emails to instructors for exams
- Assist SARC staff with miscellaneous duties
Shift Specifics
- Up to 12 hours per week
- Flexible with schedule of availability
- Shifts available Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University
Other Required Qualifications
Must be Federal Work eligible
Proposed Salary
$12.00 per hour
This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
