Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES :
Maintain and modify, as necessary, the team’s current cloud infrastructure in accordance with the Sponsor’s cybersecurity, data management and audit policies.
Identify opportunities and propose solutions to optimize the Sponsor’s cloud infrastructure.
Modify the project’s cloud infrastructure to operate in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Develop a robust monitoring program to identify system anomalies throughout the entire system
Develop scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms using enterprise DevOps tools wherever possible.
Develop, in coordination with the development team, an automated release management strategy that leverages industry best practices for DevOps.
Review and approve release candidates for promotion from the development and test environments into production.
Write user facing release notes that describe the features that are included in each production build.
Configuration management documentation.
Coordinate with other Sponsor organizations to make changes to the enterprise ServiceNow instance.
Optimize the ServiceNow database to allow for the creation of advanced reports.
Coordinate with the Sponsor’s data warehouse team to develop views and queries to maximize the performance of the Sponsor’s ServiceNow application.
Ensure the integrity of the data as it passes through multiple systems.
Optimize existing reports and dashboards to reduce development time.
Required Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment.
Demonstrated experience implementing a DevOps environment.
Demonstrated experience working in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver secure systems.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure
