Job Description :
The candidate will be responsible for managing all the operational aspects of commercial properties - budgeting, financial management, lease administration, and property maintenance to maximize profitability.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties.
- Prepare and execute budgets, financial forecasts and various financial analyses.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, rent collections and expense and income management.
- Engage and liaise with tenants, negotiate leases, and handle customer service issues.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure properties are maintained effectively and plans for improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and industry laws
Qualifications :
- Proven work experience in the field of commercial property management is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates with 2-3+ years in the role will be preferred.
- Strong accounting background with comprehension of accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
