We are looking for an outstanding Administrative Assistant to join our organization and be responsible for the efficient management of incoming calls, maintaining accurate financial records, and timely dispatch of invoices.
This role will begin as part time and transition to full time.
The ideal candidate has an exemplary professional carriage, a keen proficiency in Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring all callers receive top-notch service, financial records remain accurate, and invoices are dispatched and tracked diligently.
You will be a part of a dedicated administrative team that plays an instrumental role in the seamless operation of our organization, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders receive outstanding support.

Responsibilities Include :
- Efficiently handle and direct incoming calls.
- Maintain and update financial records.
- Prepare, mail out, and track invoices.
- Utilize Google Sheets for various administrative tasks.
- Provide basic support in QuickBooks Online.
- Proactively identify and solve challenges.
- Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills :
- Proven experience in handling phone-based customer service.
- Expertise in using Google Sheets for administrative tasks.
- 1-2 years of experience in basic bookkeeping.
- 1-2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Demonstrated experience in invoice management.
- A strong foundation in administrative roles and responsibilities.
- A track record showing effective application of a work ethic focused on balancing commitment, responsibility, authority, and accountability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills working within large projects and mosaic organizations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to preemptively identify and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
gWorks is a hybrid work environment, and preference will be given to candidates who are local to the Omaha, Nebraska area.
However, highly qualified candidates who reside outside of the local area and are able to work remotely will also be considered.
