Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift

Description :

• The Quality Inspector will work from blueprints, engineering change notices, or established operating procedures to perform a wide range of inspection procedures and determine acceptance, rejection, or rework requirements at various stages of production.
• Works from drawings, procedures, and specifications utilizing non-complex measuring devices (where necessary) to perform inspection of purchased parts, materials, components, electronic hardware, and equipment as materials are received from vendors or subcontractors
• Inspect in-process and / or finished production assemblies and subassemblies for conformance to drawings and quality assurance standards
• Assists in determining methods, sequences, and procedures necessary for inspection
• Interpret and apply the requirements of Industry workmanship standards, ES procedures and EPS procedures in Inspection process
• Identify condition (problem) and write up Non-Conformances in clear concise way
• Review validates and correct FAI paperwork from suppliers
• May perform Shipping Inspection duties such as verification of shipping paperwork, part labeling, part count and packaging
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required
• Demonstrates familiarity (typically 1-2 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position)
• Quality Control Analysis Ability to conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
• Familiarity with MS Office products to include the ability to use MS Excel at a beginner level
• Ability to learn a variety of business systems

Job Details :

• Job Type-12 month Contract (with potential to extend or convert to FTE)
• Location : Kirkland, WA
• Shift : 2nd shift hours are Monday Thursday, 3 : 00pm 1 : 30am.
• Pay Range : $20.12 - $27.22 / hr.
• An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check, and applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment.
