Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in driving growth and expanding our reach within the healthcare sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the healthcare industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research & Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Partnership Building : Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Sales & Revenue Growth : Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets through proactive outreach, networking, and presentations.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and contracts to potential clients and partners.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, operations, and clinical teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management : Maintain a CRM database of leads, prospects, and client interactions to ensure effective follow-up and relationship management.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
- Skills :
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
