The client’s PM Services team is seeking a Generative AI Project Manager to support various brands and indications at different stages of their lifecycles.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and prioritizing opportunities to leverage Generative AI across the organization.
Project Responsibilities :
- Identify Opportunities : Assess business needs and market trends to identify potential Generative AI use cases that deliver business value.
- Prioritize Projects : Evaluate and prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, potential impact, feasibility, and risk.
- Encourage Scale and Reuse : Leverage learnings to promote the scalability and reuse of successful Generative AI initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Provide regular updates and recommendations to key stakeholders. Ensure visibility of priorities to relevant teams.
- Standardization : Define and implement a standardized process for identifying and prioritizing Generative AI use cases across the organization.
- Reporting : Deliver status reports that maintain ongoing transparency on all prioritized Generative AI use cases.
Required Services / Deliverables :
- Project Planning : Develop and manage project plans to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management : Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
- Resource Management : Coordinate resources effectively to meet project demands.
- Schedule Management : Create and maintain project schedules to track progress.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Meeting Facilitation : Organize and facilitate meetings to drive project discussions.
- Project Tracking and Reporting : Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates.
- Change Management : Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources.
- Coordination : Work closely with another PM assigned to the project.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in AI or technology-related fields. - Not mandatory
Experience in patient services or healthcare-related projects is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
