Key ResponsibilitiesConduct security assessments in accordance with NIST 800-53A and agency-specific requirementsAssess web applications, thick clients, and general support system security configurationsInterpret requirements from governing bodies such as NIST, OMB, and GAORequired QualificationsIRS security clearance requiredMinimum of 8 years of cybersecurity / information security assessment experienceExpert knowledge of NIST 800-53A and familiarity with FISMA and Risk Management Framework (RMF)Professional certifications from (ISC)2, ISA, PMI, CompTIA, or SANS preferredKnowledge of security engineering principles and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
