Think Consulting is actively seeking an Assistant Director, Concierge Planning Attorney to join a leading legal and financial services company.
This role involves designing comprehensive estate and business plans for high-net-worth clients, providing in-depth case consultation, and developing customized strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with the Concierge Planning team and top wealth management advisors to create comprehensive estate and business plans.
- Analyze clients' financial statuses to build strategies and drive client decision-making.
- Integrate investments and life insurance into financial solutions, focusing on tax optimization and executive compensation strategies.
- Lead presentations to advisors and clients to facilitate decision-making.
- Build and leverage relationships within the company to address unique client circumstances and ensure seamless delivery of financial plans.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Law degree from an accredited program and Bar membership in the resident state.
- Minimum of 5 years of estate and business planning experience, preferably in a consulting role.
- Series 6 or 7 certification within the first 6 months of hire.
- Strong analytical skills and self-management abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop trusting relationships with financial advisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Existing knowledge and willingness to deepen expertise in tax optimization, estate, and business planning for high-net-worth clients.
- Advanced skills with planning software and / or Excel.
- Team player with the ability to work frequently with others.
Compensation Range : Pay Range : $130,000 - $160,000
15% AIP / LTIP 10%
