Job Summary :
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Aide / CNA to join our team in providing exceptional care to seniors in the Honolulu, Hawaii area.
As a full-time individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with activities of daily living and ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Compensation & Benefits :
We offer a competitive salary of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly, for this full-time healthcare / medical position in the franchise industry.

Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and oral care
- Help with mobility and transferring to and from beds or chairs
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse
- Administer medications as instructed by the client's physician
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
- Report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients
Requirements :
- Valid Nursing Aide / CNA certification in the state of Hawaii
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with chronic illnesses
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to client locations
