Litigation Attorney - Kansas City

Description

Stinson LLP seeks an Attorney with three or more years of litigation experience to join our Kansas City office.

Qualifications Required : Active Missouri license required, and Illinois license or ability to become licensed preferred.

Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are a plus.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of litigation experience, including appearing for depositions and arguing motions.

Experience representing financial institutions, bankruptcy adversary proceedings or litigating matters concerning real estate is a plus.

This is not a partner track position.
