Job Summary
The Department of Management at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) seeks applicants for an open-rank tenure track position in Strategic Management OR Entrepreneurship.
The preferred applicant will have completed their PhD in strategy, entrepreneurship, international business, or a closely related field.
We seek individuals who are well-equipped to contribute to our research aspirations by demonstrating their ability to publish in universally-regarded elite journals in either strategic management or entrepreneurship.
Also critical is a demonstrated capacity to teach strategy or entrepreneurship courses at all degree levels, and the ability to work well in a collegial, interdisciplinary department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The faculty candidate will be expected to teach at the graduate and undergraduate level depending on needs and qualifications.
Required Qualifications A PhD in strategic management, entrepreneurship, or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited university is required to be considered.
We seek individuals who have a demonstrated capability to teach strategy or entrepreneurship courses at all degree levels, who are dedicated to student success, and who are committed to working in a collegial, interdisciplinary environment.
Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have published their research in top journals in their field, have teaching experience, and have experience mentoring doctoral students.
