As Technical Account Manager, you will work from pre-sales up to project completion with LANDI customers in your region. Depending on the customer type (ISV, distributor, acquirer mainly) you will :
- Present LANDI’s products and solutions to the customer technical team
- Perform trainings on LANDI’s solutions (TMS, keys injection)
- Maintain regular and professional communication with key accounts and populate LANDI’s internal
- tools (JIRA / Confluence)
- Track customer requirements, transfer to LANDI’s R&D and follow-up project execution up to delivery to the customer
- Report your activity in the dedicated tools (meeting minutes, actions, risks, GANTT charts)
- You are autonomous, accountable, professional and able to do transversal management among various regions.
- You are experienced in IT and computer science and able to use Linux and Android.
- You have an experience in payment industry (EMV, Nexo) and security (symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, PKI, encryption, signature).
- You are motivated to join a new team and able to propose improvements and take initiatives in a fresh new international environment.
- You will be required to travel regularly in the countries of your region.
- As a manager, you will have the responsibility of the technical support engineer of the region.
Experiences and Training
- Engineering school graduate in IT / computer science.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Technical background in software development and / or QA with Linux and Android devices.
- At least 5 years' experience in customer project management and team management.
- Experience in Atlassian products (JIRA / Confluence) is a plus.
Preferred skills
Project management best practices (build a project plan, follow-up Excellent oral communication in risks), Linux and Android usage, payment and security.
