The Role

The Enterprise Systems Dept. of Deckers Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide support in Oracle EBS Finance area across modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Collections, iProcurement, Project Costing, SLA, Treasury, and eBTax, including integrations with other 3rd party applications.

This role involves working on production support issues daily and resolving them by providing the best possible technical solutions.

A strong candidate for this role is motivated and organized to take on everyday support issues reported by the business team.

The Engineer in this role will reside within the USA and work on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm US Pacific Time. Advance notice will be provided if any weekend work is needed during the financial close period.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role include but are not limited to :

• Provide technical support to the Business team.
• Ensure Finance Period activities complete as per agreed timeline.
• Complete root cause analysis and resolve issues reported by users.
• Build good working relationships with IT & Business teams.

We’d love to hear from people with

Minimum 8+ years of technical experience working in at least 4-5 of the following Oracle EBS Application modules (ver 12.

2.x) : GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Collections, iProcurement, Project Costing, SLA, Treasury, and eBTax.

Minimum 8+ years of tools / languages experience including but not limited to : SQL / PL*SQL / Workflow / WebADI / Personalization / Forms & Reports.

Salary : $140,000 - $150,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location.

Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
