The Role :

As an Agile Project Manager, you'll be the glue that keeps projects on track, teams aligned, and clients engaged. You'll facilitate Agile processes, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. This role is perfect for a proactive, solution-oriented leader, familiar with software development process and lifecycles, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do :

• Lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software projects on time and within scope.
• Facilitate Agile project management and communications (daily standups, project planning, retrospectives, etc.).
• Maintain project roadmaps, ensuring clear priorities and alignment between teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Optimize workflows, driving efficiency while maintaining flexibility in response to evolving needs.
