Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an internationally recognized 3rd Party Logistics organization to find a highly skilled Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a blend of customer support and executive-level assistance experience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location : West St. Louis County, MO (Onsite, travel required)
Compensation : $50,000 - $65,000 (Plus annual bonus)
Employment Status : Temp-to-Hire
Schedule : Mon - Fri, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities :
Executive Support : Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule client meetings (both onsite and virtual), and organize travel arrangements.
Attend meetings, take notes, and send follow-up communication.
- Client Management : Act as the primary contact for high-profile clients, resolving escalated issues and providing exceptional customer service.
- Presentations & Communication : Develop and deliver presentations for client reviews, account updates, and sales pitches.
Handle both internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Travel Coordination : Travel with the CEO to meet clients and prospects, both nationally and internationally (up to twice per month for short trips).
- Team Coordination : Collaborate with internal stakeholders and delegate tasks to the Operations team as needed.
What You'll Bring :
- Education : A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred, but not required.
- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in administrative, sales, or executive-level support, with a background in customer service or account management.
- Skills : Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience working with CRMs and business software is essential.
- Flexibility : Willingness to adapt to the CEO's schedule and business needs, including occasional travel.
