Responsibilities This individual will build sustainable relationships with local hiring managers and software engineers Source, recruit, and build relationships with prospective candidates on full-time, temporary, and contract basis employment opportunities through cold calling, networking, and utilizing website tools.
Identify and qualify meaningful leads, providing a consultative and value-added approach to developing client relationships.
Educate prospective candidates and clients regarding industry and employment trends and hiring solutions. Participate in our on-going training program to obtain technical knowledge and the skillsets needed to succeed.
Keep a finger on the pulse of the industry : identify opportunities, issues, strategies, and trends to help our business stay on the forefront of innovation.
Work well within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency. Attend daily meetings designed to allow collaboration and communication between teams.
Qualifications 6 months of relevant experience within the staffing industry, preferably focused in the areas of IT, and / or at least 1 year of inside and / or outside, B2B sales experience.
Excellent cold calling, influencing and negotiation capabilities. Given our fast-paced environment, you are flexible, resourceful, and highly organized.
