About the Job
As the Construction Superintendent, you will be the site manager responsible for overall safety, quality workmanship, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities.
Your role includes mentoring job site support staff, interacting with project stakeholders during AOC (Approval of Construction) and subcontractor progress, and facilitating meetings.
In short, you’ll lead the construction process to successful completion.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in construction management, structural or civil engineering. Or a High School diploma with equivalent technical training and experience combinations.
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience as a lead superintendent in all stages, from initial construction through delivery.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 projects with a commercial GC building of at least $30 million in contract size.
- Have a strong, confident personality BUT with finesse when dealing with people requiring you to stand your ground; you can tell them to go to hell & have them look forward to the trip. Trust your smiling
- Have current OSHA 30, & First Aid / CPR / AED certifications. A certified Procore user would be a plus.
- Specific position skills and construction-type experience. Preference building Wood Frame Multi-Family, Industrial, and Warehouse / Distribution Centers
