Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to boostpatient census across facilities.
- Lead andmentor the marketing liaison and admissions teams to foster aculture of excellence and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcareproviders referral sources and community organizations to generatereferrals and drive patient admissions.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trendsopportunities and challenges in the healthcarelandscape.
- Monitor team performance censustrends and marketing efforts providing regular reports to seniormanagement on progress and outcomes.
- Ensureall business development efforts align with the organizationsmission vision and patient care standards.
- Actively participate in community events healthcareconferences and networking opportunities to elevate the companysvisibility.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Business AdministrationHealthcare Management or a related field; advanced degreepreferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing orhealthcare marketing and business development preferably with someleadership experience.
- Strong leadershipskills with experience managing and developing highperforming teamsincluding admissions personnel.
- Indepthknowledge of the Maryland healthcare landscape includingregulations and referral processes.
- Excellentcommunication and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability toinfluence stakeholders at all levels.
- A strongdesire for career advancement within the organization demonstratinginitiative and a proactive approach to professionaldevelopment.
Compensation :
