Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary :

The Talent Acquisition Partner will support and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that they have the right talent to meet our business goals.

This role is on-site at our Albuquerque location.

Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop recruitment strategies to find high caliber talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define open positions, create position descriptions, develop candidate attraction strategies, and job requirements.
  • Be an idea generator on topics like new recruitment tools, candidate engagement strategies, brand marketing, search / sourcing resources and strategies, and interview process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build talent pipelines.
  • Identify high-potential candidates and conduct initial interviews to discern top candidates to present to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers across varying degrees of seniority and functional groups.
  • Cultivate a superior candidate experience for each candidate that you engage with throughout the process.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting high-volume and professional roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to develop successful talent sourcing strategies and a familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues, platforms and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions both collaboratively and independently and identify which style is appropriate for a given situation.
  • Good working knowledge of various interview techniques and applicant screening methods; applicant tracking systems, recruiting processes and databases a good understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred qualifications :

  • Strong business acumen.
  • Personal qualities and professional experience are necessary to quickly gain credibility across the organization and with the management team.

Proven ability to motivate and guide people through change and help navigate business issues to support growth.

  • Familiarity with Workday ATS.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish.
