Job Description AMC Networks is home to many of the greatest stories and characters in TV and film and the premier destination for passionate and engaged fan communities around the world.

We create and curate celebrated series and films across distinct brands and make them available to audiences everywhere.

Our portfolio includes targeted streaming services AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder, Sundance Now, ALLBLK and HIDIVE; cable networks AMC, BBC AMERICA, IFC, Sundance TV and WE tv;

and film distribution labels IFC Films and RLJE Films. The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.

We are currently seeking a VP, Streaming Product to join our streaming product operations team based in our New York, New York headquarters.

JOB SUMMARY The Vice President, Streaming Product is the head of our digital direct to consumer product streaming services (AMC+, Acorn, AllBlk, Hidive, Shudder, Sundance Now, and IFC Films Unlimited).

This role is a critical product leadership role responsible for developing and driving the product roadmap, prioritization, partnership and communication across the organization.

This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Streaming Product & Operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This product leader has a solid background in developing a deep understanding of driving customer insights, developing competitive analyses, and using qualitative and quantitative data and translating them into a useful roadmap of features and functionality This role owns product visions, roadmaps, and technical management of digital products This includes the many properties in our product portfolio including our direct-to-consumer apps : AMC+, Shudder, HIDIVE, AcornTV, ALLBLK, and all the associated web properties along with the stack (content management and publishing tools, CRM products, CDP / personalization, and other marketing technologies) This role will require deep collaboration and partnership with finance, programming, marketing, and partnership teams that deliver imperative marketing and operational capabilities to improve business metrics and the customer experience This candidate will operate in a high-growth space with a fast-changing landscape that will require you to constantly adapt, learn and reposition the teams You’ll model adaptability by encouraging continuous evolution to our digital product strategy considering industry trends, emerging solutions, new insights and changing Guest and Employee needs and expectations Lead all aspects of our digital product technology strategy including planning, prioritization, requirements, and experimentation capabilities Manage a high-functioning team of direct and indirect reports

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

Bachelor’s degree 10-15 years of experience in Product experience Experience working with a distributed and managing vendors effectively Proven track record of being a collaborative professional with an ability to work independently with cross-divisional teams;

experience in media, entertainment and streaming preferred Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and engage direct and indirect teams Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and complex information, and present succinctly to executives and stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

The base compensation range for this position is $210,000 to $250,000 commensurate with experience. AMC Networks additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
