Technical Business Analyst :

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join their team!

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst with a specialization in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) and a solid understanding of Rapid File Database.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the effective utilization and optimization of Oracle EBS and related technologies.

Responsibilities :

Oracle E-Business Suite Expertise :

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements related to Oracle EBS modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Oracle EBS applications to align with business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS implementation.

Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) :

• Design, develop, and maintain OBIEE reports and dashboards to meet business reporting requirements.
• Work closely with business users to define and refine reporting needs, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of OBIEE reports for efficient data retrieval.

Rapid File Database :

• Leverage expertise in Rapid File Database to facilitate data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement solutions using Rapid File Database technologies.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data stored in Rapid File Database systems.

Collaboration and Communication :

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and understanding of requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members and other business analysts.

Continuous Improvement :

• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in Oracle EBS, OBIEE, and Rapid File Database.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement, proposing and implementing enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on Oracle EBS.
• Extensive senior-level experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE).
• Familiarity with Rapid File Database and related technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Oracle certifications in EBS and OBIEE are highly desirable.
