We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman with a strong background in underground wet utilities to join our clients dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in managing and executing underground utility projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations for underground wet utility projects.
- Supervise and lead a team of pipe layers, laborers, and equipment operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on job sites.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan work activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement effective solutions.
- Foster a positive work environment and mentor team members for professional growth.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground wet utilities.
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and relevant codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
