Job Summary :

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Products for the Directed Energy, Electronic Warfare, RF, and C2 Divisions will hold full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for these rapidly expanding business units.

In this critical leadership role, the SVP will collaborate across the enterprise to drive alignment and achieve annual operating goals.

This leader will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated product and business strategy that accelerates growth, enhances operational performance, and strengthens our market position.

The ideal candidate is a servant leader with a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex business units in the defense or high-tech industries.

With a focus on innovation, product development, and execution, the SVP will lead high-performance teams to achieve outstanding results and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • P&L Ownership : Full responsibility for the financial performance of the Directed Energy, Electronic Warfare, RF, and C2 divisions, driving growth, revenue, and profitability.
  • Enterprise Collaboration : Work closely with senior leadership and other business units to ensure alignment on strategy, resource allocation, and execution to meet annual operating goals.
  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement an integrated product and business strategy that supports market growth, enhances innovation, and drives operational excellence.
  • Operational Execution : Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget, while continuously improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Servant Leadership : Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and empowerment, ensuring that teams have the tools and support they need to succeed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of product offerings with market demands and evolving customer needs.
  • Business Growth : Identify new opportunities for market expansion, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to position the company for continued success.
  • Performance Management : Establish and monitor key performance metrics, ensuring that teams are achieving objectives and contributing to the company’s overall goals.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s (master’s preferred) in business or engineering related field.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in defense, aerospace, or related high-tech industries, with specific experience in Directed Energy, Electronic Warfare, RF, or C2 systems.
  • Proven track record of managing business units with full P&L responsibility, delivering sustained growth, and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong experience in product development, integrated product strategy, and operational execution, with a demonstrated ability to bring products to market successfully.
  • Must have Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
