Job Title : Floor TechnicianLocation : Estancia Del Norte Hotel, San Antonio, TXJob Type : Full-timeWe are seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team at Estancia Del Norte Hotel in San Antonio, TX.
As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel floors, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our guests.
Responsibilities : - Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of all hotel floors, including carpets, tile, and hardwood surfaces- Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, including vacuums, buffers, and extractors- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff- Respond promptly to guest requests for cleaning services and ensure their satisfaction with the results- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs to management- Assist with other cleaning and maintenance tasks as neededRequirements : - High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience as a Floor Technician or in a similar role preferred- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods- Ability to operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning procedures- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Good communication and customer service skills- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and suppliesIf you are a reliable and hardworking individual with a passion for cleanliness and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
