Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing multifamily residential projects or commercial airport projects and possess exceptional design skills using Revit software.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion for multifamily residential or commercial airport projects.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure project success.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit software.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project goals.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5-15 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on multifamily residential or commercial airport projects.
- Proficiency in Revit software is a must.
- Strong design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
