Position Summary
The Teller is responsible for making referrals of all bank products and services and for efficiently processing daily transactions for customers while providing excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Hours vary Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm; working Saturdays 8 : 30am - 12;00pm. Working 25-29 hours per week.
- Perform basic teller transactions.
- Make referrals to Bankers.
- Balance cash drawer on a daily basis.
- Scan work for image branch capture.
- Other duties as assigned by Branch Management.
Education & Experience
Knowledge of :
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skillsA
- Ability to :
- Accurately count money
- Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Lift 50 pounds
Education and Training :
- Eventual procurement of High School diploma.
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
