Responsibilities
This role will largely consist of :
Answering customer phone calls
Receptionist / assist with customer walk-ins
Coordinates and implements Agency standards such as managing office hours, appointment-setting, customer service needs, records control, and other administrative activities as assigned
Data entry entering customer information into our system.
Reviewing / managing customer emails and distributing them to the team.
Handling outbound customer calls for payments / billing / etc.
Other office duties as assigned.
Requirement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable and dependable
Detail oriented & strong time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM systems knowledge, etc.
