is currently seeking a full-time Project Implementation Specialist . The Project Implementation Specialist works with the development team offering innovative software solutions which help support people who need assistance to live in their communities.

The Project Implementation Specialist will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others as you collaborate with our agency partners to ensure our software is meeting the needs and requirements to manage the person’s budget.

As a Project Implementation Specialist you will communicate with our customers, comprehending and analyzing their business requirements and recommend system solutions to achieve the user's needs while effectively managing and monitoring the implementation process to ensure we meet the pre-established implementation deadlines.

The overall purpose of a Project Implementation Specialist is to ensure exceptional customer service is being offered from the start of implementation, to go-live, to post implementation review and support.

Core responsibilities of a Project Implementation Specialist : Assists external customers in the implementation of technical systems and / or software solutions Evaluates and analyzes customer needs, developing configurations that support their business requirements Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans Tests and troubleshoots final system setups Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process Involved in product demonstrations Qualifications / Skills of a Project Implementation Specialist : Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience implementing technical systems (preferred) Experience training end-users during and after implementation (preferred) Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and with multiple teams within our agency as well as outside of our agency Strong skills in customer service, organization, effective time management, prioritization, and ability to problem solve Extensive customer service and very detail orientated Ability to learn and use electronic systems to efficiently and effectively manage work processes and documentation Ability to multitask and juggle different projects simultaneously Salary Range : $52,130-67,790 DOE Powered by JazzHR
