We are seeking an experienced Operating Engineer in North Liberty, IA for a facility services company that maintains facilities nationwide.
This position would be onsite at a new constructed central plant. Must have a minimum of five (5) year’s experience and the ability to operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and troubleshoot related HVAC and power plant equipment during operations as well as all support equipment.
Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handlers, VAV components, and various HVAC equipment and building systems.
Qualified candidates must possess and maintain the following :
- A minimum of 5 years of central plant operation / maintenance or related building maintenance experience
- EPA Universal Refrigeration certification a plus
Education : High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent required.
