- HR / Payroll Specialist will report to the Assistant Controller to work directly with the CFO.

Overview of the role : HR / Payroll Specialist
- Administer Paylocity functions, ensuring accurate payroll processing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support
- Assist with employee onboarding and benefits administration
- Provide assistance in training management in Paylocity
- Processing documents and entering into payroll system
- Act as final reviewer in payroll process
- Payroll setups
- Auditing assistance
Preferred Qualifications : HR / Payroll Specialist
- Paylocity experience is a must
- Payroll and HR background at least 6 month to a year
- Ability to communicate effectively with the organization
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and mission-driven work environment
