Job Title : Lead Mail Coordinator

Job Description :
- The job is responsible for tasks related to opening, sorting, and delivering incoming and internal mail on a timely basis with extreme accuracy utilizing pre-established guidelines and continuously analyzes processes for improvement.
- The incumbent may also drive a vehicle to deliver mail and supplies to various locations as needed.
- Will oversee / lead rebadging project
- Ensure everything is working properly and the 2 additional contingent staff are doing their job
- Keep the manager informed of progress
- Will work with contingent staff to review new badge photos for compliance, print badges, spot check badges for accuracy, distribute badges, and additional work as needed
- May be required to drive to other locations as neede
- High school diploma / GED
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience
- Previous mail room / clerk experience
- Experience leading / managing other
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be computer literate
