We are looking for a detail-oriented Plumbing Sprinkler Systems Engineer to join our team and design complex piping systems for large-scale facilities and multi-family projects.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with a team of architects and engineers to develop prefabricated MEP components, create detailed shop drawings, and ensure seamless integration of systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and model complex plumbing and sprinkler piping systems using advanced 3D software like Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to develop prefabricated MEP components for mid to high-rise projects.
- Create detailed shop drawings, assembly instructions, and bill of materials for fabrication and construction.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations while maintaining high levels of precision and quality.
- Innovate and improve piping systems, integrating modular construction methods with traditional building processes.
- Support supply chain management, vendor qualification, and review submittals from suppliers and fabricators.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in piping systems design.
- Proficient in 3D modeling software (Revit).
- Strong experience in plumbing, sprinkler systems, and modular construction.
- Based in NY, NY, or Harrison, NJ.
