InterVision Company is seeking a Sr Business Analyst . The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for developing a deep understanding of the Medi-Cal Enterprise landscape, processes, and goals to lead complex, high-profile work efforts including work in support of maturing Enterprise Governance processes, the MITA Program, and assisting in Business Process Management Strategy across the Enterprise.
This includes problem solving, communicating across several business areas, and meeting management. Some assignments may include business capability assessment, business process modeling, and analysis, as well as assisting in the application of Business Process Improvement methodology.
Strongly prefer candidates in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on business models, business capabilities, and roadmaps
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working to deploy enterprise-wide business and Information Technology (IT) initiatives
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on business process re-engineering and organizational change management
- Ability to confidently facilitate meetings and present complex concepts to executive stakeholders
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and achieve quality results in a timely manner
- Ability to perform and thrive in an ambiguous and changing environment
- Ability to work independently while communicating work product risks, roadblocks, and status early and often
- Experience working from home as a self-starter, individual contributor, and collaborate as a team unit
- Consulting experience preferred
- Experience communicating with Executive level management, preparing presentations and work products for executives preferred
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with a broad, enterprise-wide view of business and appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies and governance preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) streamlined modular certification (SMC) process preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience developing and implementing effective organizational governance structures preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience collaborating across business segments to find opportunities for improvement and efficiency preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in understanding business processes and their relation to the overall organization and underlying technical infrastructure preferred
Some of the exciting work you will encounter :
- Develop, execute, and manage various workstreams in support of maturing Enterprise Governance, MITA Program, and Business Process Management.
- Business capability assessment, business process modeling, and analysis, as well as assisting in the application of Business Process Improvement methodology.
- Work closely with top-level executives to understand and build Enterprise Standards.
