Collections Account Manager

On-site position at the Joplin, MO finance office.
Rewards for Collections Account Manager :
- Annual pay : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00+
- $15 - $18 per hour + monthly bonus up to $2,200.00

Collections Account Manager Responsibilities :
- Collections account management
- Seek long-term resolution with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend training classes & meetings
- Assist with credit origination (after training)
Hours for Collections Account Manager :
- 5-day work week
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
- Store hours : M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4
- 40-45 hours per week
Collections Account Manager Requirements :
- Collections or customer retention experience
- Able to work onsite
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to work the listed hours
- Good computer / keyboard skills
