Administrative assistant to the directors of Area Relations and Channel Management divisions to support administrative, organizational, and strategic functions.
Position supports the division directors and their teams at Church headquarters. Also provides assistance to global Church Communication teams as needed.

- Answering and directing phone calls, taking meeting notes, and responding to questions and requests
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Reviewing and maintaining online files, documents, and meeting recordings
- Providing support with conferences held at Headquarters relating to logistics and catering
- Assisting in the tracking of temple open house websites and help with communicating with other departments
- Researching, creating, and delivering presentations
- Writing, reviewing, and publishing global news releases
- Writing letters and emails on behalf of office staff
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two years of related professional experience
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient and accurate word processing skills
- Experienced with software including Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Copilot, ChatGPT, and other Artificial Intelligence Software
- Able to draft correspondence with minimal supervision
- Able to work well under pressure and with absolute professional discretion
- Essential skills include excellent English-language proficiency, outstanding writing ability, social media proficiency, excellent multi-media presentation design ability and proven event coordination skills.
The ideal candidate will be professional, have good communication skills, and will be highly self-motivated and well organized.
Additional language skills are helpful, but not required.
