MUSTHAVES :
Minimumof 3 years of AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED TOAPPLY.
4 yearcollege degree BS or BA in a relatedfield.
SALARYRANGE :
$100kTO 120k DOE. Some relocation assistancemay beavailable.
EssentialDuties andResponsibilities :
Developsimplements and manages processes to ensure that products meetrequired specifications for quality function and reliability priortodelivery.
Identifies andsets appropriate quality standards and parameters forproducts.
Communicatesquality standards and parameters to QA team product developmentteam and other appropriatestaff.
Coordinatesproduct testingprocesses.
Participate inproducttesting.
Identifies andanalyzes issues defects and other problems particularly whenproblems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitatessolutions to theseissues.
Reviews clientcustomer and userfeedback.
Maintainscompliance with federal state local and organizational lawsregulations guidelines andpolicies.
Educationand / or Work ExperienceRequirements :
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or relatedfield.
Threeto five years of experience in related field in the automotiveindustry.
Supervisoryexperience aplus.
