KPMG is currently seeking a Demand Manager, Sales Enablement to join our Advisory organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Accountable for managing the overall demand intake process for all demand for the KPMG Engage platform
  • Review, categorize, assess, prioritize and rationalize demand in preparation for assessment and approval; identify similar requests and consolidating demand
  • Evaluate demand against overall roadmap and other program priorities as well as provide recommendations to drive delivery of backlog aligned to US and Global priorities
  • Lead the US Demand Management Governance team in maintaining a current backlog; maintain demand prioritization criteria;

apply lessons learned and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance the demand process overtime

  • Collaborate with Global KPMG Engage team and leadership stakeholders on US Demand Management
  • Assist with KPMG Engage special projects to help deliver new capabilities including but not limited to program management activities, requirement capture, and socialize with impacted stakeholders and leaders

Qualifications :

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience focused on technology implementations
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance or related field; Master's degree from an accredited college / university preferred
  • Experience with managing demand for large enterprise platforms; background with Salesforce preferred
  • Effectively lead large, complex team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders and sponsors
