Responsibilities :
The Jr. Agile Coach will support Barrow Wise's State of Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) project and perform the following duties :
- Provide consulting, coaching, and training on Agile practices to enhance Agile software development practices.
- Identify organizational impediments to successful Agile transformation and work to effectively resolve them.
- Manage others.
An ideal candidate has the following :
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in area of specialty.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
